Our own-label coffee, roasted for us by Volcano Coffee Works in London. Smooth, rich and easy with or without milk. It’s the same coffee in every flat white we pour in Chiswick.

Which grind?
Whole bean
Stays fresh the longest. Grind just before you brew if you have a grinder at home.
Espresso
Fine, for espresso machines. Also good in a stovetop moka pot.
Filter
Medium, for V60, Chemex, AeroPress and batch brewers.
Cafetière
Coarse, for a French press or an overnight cold brew.
